Who you are buying from
These digital products are sold by Ascentify Consulting Firm (“we”, “us”), online at ascentifyconsulting.com. Using this site or buying a product means you accept these terms.
What you receive
Every product is a digital download. After payment you can sign in with the email address you used at checkout and download your files from your library, as many times as you need.
How you may use it
Your purchase is a personal license for you and your household, including caregivers helping in your home. You may print the pages for that use. Please don’t resell, republish, share the files publicly or use them commercially without written permission.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars; applicable tax is calculated at checkout. These are one-time purchases — there is no subscription and nothing renews.
Final sale and refunds
Because these are digital products that cannot be returned, all purchases are final and non-refundable once download access is provided or a file is downloaded. This does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you are charged more than once for the same order or cannot access the files you purchased, contact us so we can correct the charge or delivery problem. If a refund is required by law or issued to correct a duplicate charge, access to the refunded files is removed.
Educational use
The products are educational and do not replace pediatric, midwifery, obstetric, lactation or emergency care, or individual medical advice. See the disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to what you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the products change. The version published here is the one that applies to new purchases.
