Who handles your information

This site and its digital products are operated by Ascentify Consulting Firm, online at ascentifyconsulting.com.

What we collect

• Your first name and email address, if you ask for the free guide.
• Your email address, name and order details when you buy something.
• Your email address when you sign in to your library — we send a one-time sign-in link rather than asking you to keep a password.
• Anonymous activity counts, such as which pages are visited and which files are downloaded. These are not tied to your name.

Why we collect it

To deliver what you bought, to let you sign back in and download your files again, to send your receipt and helpful notes about the products you own, and to understand which products people find useful.

Payment details

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us. We keep a record of the order, the amount and the email address used.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share only what is needed with the services that run the site: payment processing, secure file storage, sign-in and email delivery.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, or to delete it — deleting your record also removes access to files you purchased.

Children

These products are for adults caring for a newborn. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we never ask for information about your baby.
